Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY – Updated September 10, 2025.

  • Shipping methods and rates are calculated based on your cart contents (package weight) and the shipping address (distance) entered at checkout.
  • Once your package has been shipped, it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for any delays, missed deadlines, lost or stolen parcels, nor am I responsible for any additional fees incurred by the courier upon delivery.

 

Processing Time
This is the time between when your order is placed and when the order is fulfilled.

Reviewing order details, creating the items, packaging the products, printing shipping labels, and handing over or dropping off shipments to a shipping carrier all contribute to an order's processing time.

Orders are considered fulfilled once the order is handed over to a shipping carrier service. Orders that are picked up locally are considered fulfilled once your order has been collected.

 

CANADIAN SHIPMENTS:

All orders over $150 CAD qualify for FREE SHIPPING - if your order qualifies, this option will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Courier & shipping speed will be selected at my discretion. If you require upgraded or rush shipping please select from any of the paid upgrades available instead.

Standard Shipping
Small packages that weigh up to 400g / 0.88 lb qualify for Standard/Oversized Lettermail Stamp Shipping ("snail mail"). This shipping method does not include a tracking number or insurance; select at your own risk. If you require tracking and insurance, or are in a rush due to items being time sensitive, please select an alternate shipping method.

 

USA / INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

August 2025 Update: As of August 29, 2025 De Minimis (Duty Free) entry into the U.S. is suspended for all countries.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
The U.S. has had a de minimis threshold of $800 since 2016, meaning shipments valued at or below that amount could enter duty-free. However, this exemption is being eliminated, meaning all international purchases will be subject to duties and taxes as of August 29, 2025.

September 2025 Update: All USA-bound orders must now include Prepaid Duties. Your duty amount will be calculated automatically based on your cart contents and will be added to your total at checkout.

International orders are subject to review for by the Canada Border Services Agency. Once an item clears all regulatory processes, it is handed over to the International courier for delivery. Delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination. Delivery date estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed.

 

*MAKE SURE TO ENTER THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT*

This is your responsibility as a buyer to confirm. Once your order is shipped to the address entered at checkout and as displayed on your order confirmation, I am no longer responsible for it, and it is in the couriers hands.

Canadian customers: If the mailing address you entered at checkout is not recognized by the courier or is incorrect, resulting in them being unable to deliver your package, it will automatically be returned to sender. In order to have it re-shipped, you (the customer) will be subject to paying re-shipping fees and any additional return charges that may be incurred.

International customers: If the mailing address you entered at checkout is not recognized by the courier or is incorrect resulting in them being unable to deliver your package, it will automatically be returned to Canada and disposed of at the border.

If you would like to have your order re-shipped to the correct address, you (the customer) will be subject to paying re-shipping fees, as well as a $5 return processing fee and any additional return charges that are incurred; I am personally charged these fees by the courier in order to have your order returned to me here in Canada, as opposed to being disposed of at the border.
