Pre-Order Policy

Some products may be listed as being available for PRE-ORDER. 

Please note that pre-order products are not in stock at the time of purchase. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items is noted in the listing description. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change based on potential production delays. If there are any changes to the original ETA I will send out a notice to all customers who may be affected.

As soon as all pre-order items are in stock, your order will be processed and shipped immediately.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order includes in-stock items as well as pre-order items, shipment of ALL items will be held until the pre-order items are ready to ship. If you require in-stock items to be shipped prior to pre-order ETA, please place a separate order.

*In the case of Digital Downloads you may disregard this warning > Digital files will be immediately available for you to download once payment is processed :)

Payment of all pre-order products is taken at the time of order processing (the day you place your order), not at the time of shipment.
