Where are you located?
Benincasa Design is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Can I shop your products in a retail store?
Very soon! I am so excited to announce that Handmade by Mandi products are coming soon to The Nooks in Mapleview Mall (in Burlington, Ontario)! Sign up for the newsletter to find out about grand opening details.

Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Cancellations can only be processed within 1 hour of purchase. All sales are final. However if there is an issue upon inspection of your delivered order please let me know.

Can I cancel or return my order?
No. Custom orders & made-to-order items can not be returned or cancelled since they have already gone into production.

How do I use Promo Codes?
Any discount codes must be used at checkout. Put the code in the box. I cannot apply codes to previous orders if they were not used during the checkout process.

Can I add on to my order? I forgot something!
Yes! Send me a message and I will provide instructions. Add-ons can only be done if your order is still open / being processed. Once it's been fulfilled / shipped, you will have to place a separate order.



Which payment methods do you accept?
eTransfer (Canadian customers only), Major Credit Cards, and PayPal are all accepted. Specific payment options will be shown to you at checkout.

How do I pay via eTransfer?
Canadian customers have the option of sending payment via eTransfer. Simply select the "eTransfer" option at checkout, and follow the instructions. eTransfer payments are due within 1 hour of ordering. After this time, unpaid orders will be cancelled. If you have any issues, simply send me a message and I will be happy to help.

Which currency am I being charged in?
Transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars. While the website and content of your cart may be displayed in another currency based on your IP Address or currency settings, this is an estimate and may fluctuate based on the day & time of viewing. Your credit card company or PayPal will complete the currency exchange for you, and the final charge will display in your currency on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you have questions about this.

Is my credit card information secure?
Purchases made on this website are completely secure and I do not store any credit card information.

Do you offer Free Tracked Shipping?
Yes! Enter discount code "TRACKED" at checkout to receive complimentary Tracked Shipping on North American orders with a subtotal over CAD$99 (excluding taxes and shipping fees), up to a maximum shipping value of $15. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions. Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized packages, bulk orders, or orders shipping to rural or remote locations.

Tracked shipping includes up to $100 worth of insurance - if you would like to purchase additional insurance please contact me prior to ordering.
