Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: I do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your chosen shipping method included insurance, we will submit a claim via the courier for the amount covered by the insurance. (This may not always be the full value of your package.)

Note: If standard un-tracked shipping is selected at checkout, this is at your own risk. This is noted clearly on the shipping method options prior to payment. If you selected this option, and your order is lost or delayed, we are not responsible for providing a re-shipment or refund of your order.

 

Refusal Upon Delivery
If you choose to abandon or refuse your order upon delivery due to any duties/taxes/customs fees etc, you will not receive a refund and returns will not be accepted. It is clearly stated that customers are responsible for any fees incurred directly from the courier.

 

Refunds
In the rare event that an order must be cancelled prior to order processing, refunds will be provided in the form of a store credit - this will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
