LOCAL PICKUP POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS

Free Local Pickup is available for customers located in the GTA - pickup location is in Etobicoke (Toronto) postal code M9C 4A7

**NOTE: this is not a retail store – contactless porch pickup only**

If your order qualifies for local pickup, this will be shown to you as an option at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup which will include the following:

PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: Please schedule your pickup appointment HERE.

  • Your package will be labelled with your name and order number, and will be placed either in the mailbox or in between the front doors depending on the size.

  • Orders must be scheduled for pickup within 5 calendar days of receiving your "Ready for Pickup" email notification. Please stick to your appointment time and do not come earlier, since your order may not be out for you beforehand.
  • Orders that are not picked up within 5 days will receive an invoice for the cost of standard shipping - once your payment has been processed, your order will be shipped to the address on file.
  • If you have booked a pickup time slot but then do not show up and have not communicated or re-scheduled a pickup within 5 days of your Pickup Notification email, you will be sent an invoice to cover the cost of standard shipping. If you do not pay for the cost of shipping and/or stop replying to messages, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will not receive a refund.

  • I do not accommodate same-day / last minute pickup requests.
  • NOTE: Customers who falsely selected the pickup option at checkout but actually require shipping instead will be sent an invoice to cover the cost of standard shipping. If you do not pay for the cost of shipping and/or stop replying to messages, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will not receive a refund.

Following the pickup instructions and policies above ensures that both myself and the customer (you!) stay organized but having the appointment reminder in our calendars, and ensures that your order is outside shortly before your arrival so it stays safe from passerby.

*Misuse of the pickup feature will not be tolerated. All items are final sale. Thank you for your cooperation!
