Shipping Service Related Impacts due to Covid-19

PLEASE CONTINUE TO ANTICIPATE DELAYS. Given the current global situation, shipping delays are to be expected as our carrier Canada Post works extra hard to accommodate the increased service demands.

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes. Make sure to check your junk folder for it too, if you don't see it in your inbox!

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with your shipping notification details within the allotted processing time noted in each product's description.

Please expect delays via the Standard Shipping option during this time, as well as with all Tracked Shipping services. Couriers can no longer guarantee regular or on-time shipping estimates given the current global situation as they accommodate the increased service demands with mail and parcel delivery of holiday-level volumes of mail and limited staff.

I am not responsible for these delays and have no further detail on the location of your package. As a small business owner I am unable to replace and/or refund unreceived orders in the event of an incident. All orders placed at do not have a guaranteed delivery date and are estimated only.

If you would like to track your order and include insurance, please purchase the appropriate shipping option at checkout (standard shipping does not include tracking or insurance). Tracked shipping includes basic insurance - if you require more you may purchase additional insurance - please contact me prior to ordering to receive a quote.

Prevention Policy for COVID-19

I always make sure to follow proper hand-washing protocols & clean my workstations and shipping stations accordingly. That being said, in regards to Handmade products, specifically face masks, you must do your part to thoroughly wash handmade face masks according to care instructions PRIOR TO trying on and wearing them, since it is a very hands-on process.
