Contactless Pickup & Delivery
Contactless Local Pickup:
Contactless pickup is available in the Toronto area (M9C 4A7). Simply select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout (processing time does not change for pickup orders). You will receive a notification once your order is ready with pickup instructions.
Contactless Local Delivery:
This is a brand new feature, to make it a bit easier for those who cannot pick up locally, and do not want to have their order shipped.
Local Delivery is available with minimum orders of $35+ for a $5 fee to the following locations:
- Etobicoke: M8V, M8W, M8Z, M9A, M9B, M9C, M9P, M9R, M9W
- Mississauga: L4W, L4X, L4Y, L5E
If your order qualifies, you will automatically see the "Local Delivery" option at checkout after you enter your shipping address with instructions.
If you live outside of these areas and would like to request delivery, please contact me for a quote prior to placing your order.
**PLEASE NOTE**
If you select the Local Pickup option, but you actually require shipping, you will be sent an invoice to cover the cost of shipping. If you do not pay for the cost of shipping, or stop replying to messages, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
If you select the Pickup option, but you are not actually able to pick up, or you do not respond to pickup requests, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
If Local Delivery is attempted but no one is available to collect the package on the mutually arranged date, or there is not a secure location to leave the package as per previous arrangements and you do not reply to messages upon arrival, your delivery will require rescheduling and you will be billed for a second delivery fee. If you decide not to have your order delivered after all, you will have to either arrange pickup or pay additional shipping costs. If I do not receive any further communications regarding collection of your order, it will be automatically canceled and you will not receive a refund.
Misuse of the pickup & delivery features will not be tolerated. All items are final sale.
