How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination. You can also review rates, processing timelines & more here.
Do you offer Free Shipping? Occasionally I offer free shipping within North America on order totals over a certain amount (excluding taxes and shipping). If this promotion is running, you will see a discount code in the bar at the top of the website. That code must be entered at checkout in order for the Free Shipping to be applied, and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Additional fees may apply for oversized packages, bulk orders, or orders shipping to rural or remote locations.
• "Free Standard Shipping" discount applies to parcels that qualify for standard mail (weighing under 500g) within Canada. (Package weight is automatically calculated at checkout based on the items you have in your cart).
• "Free Tracked Shipping" discount applies to orders going to Canada or USA, and is insured up to $100 value. (If the cost of calculated shipping exceeds $20, the code will not work at checkout, so please contact me prior to ordering to receive instructions. If you would like to place a large bulk order, or would like to add additional insurance, please contact me to discuss in advance.)
Do you refund Shipping Overages? Yes - in the rare case that you are overcharged (despite the automatic calculations based on package weight), any applicable shipping overages will be refunded automatically once your order is packed and shipped (except for orders paid via PayPal, as PayPal will not return any seller fees on refunds).

Which Countries do you ship to? I currently ship to North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand

Which payment methods do you accept? Major Credit Cards, PayPal and eTransfer (Canadian customers only) are all accepted. Specific payment options will be shown to you at checkout.
Which currency am I being charged in? Transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars. While the website and content of your cart may be displayed in your "home" currency based on your IP Address, this is an estimate and may fluctuate based on the day & time of viewing. Your chosen payment processing company will complete the currency exchange for you, and the final charge will display in your "home" currency on your statement.
Foreign Transaction Fees I do not charge additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees applied by your bank are not under my control. Contact your financial institution if you have questions about this.
I live in Canada, how do I pay via eTransfer? Canadian customers have the option of sending payment via eTransfer. Simply select the "eTransfer" option at checkout, and follow the instructions. eTransfer payments are due within 1 hour of ordering. After this time, unpaid orders will be cancelled. If you have any issues, simply send me a message and I will be happy to help.
Is my credit card information secure? Purchases made on this website are completely secure and I do not store or have access to any detailed credit card information.
Product pricing and shipping costs do not include any potential customs fees, duties or taxes placed on the package once it is received in your country/delivered to you. Buyers are solely responsible for any and all custom fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, etc. that your purchase might incur at your country's border. I do not collect these fees or have any way to calculate/determine what these fees might be for you. I am not responsible for these charges in any way; they are an inherent part of purchasing internationally. For any additional information, refer to your local customs agency.
Returns will not be accepted if you refuse a package due to high customs fees, because the package may not be returned to sender. Although not every parcel is charged a duty, you should be prepared to pay any duty fees with any international purchase. I am not responsible for any delays or lost parcels whatsoever.
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any questions about your order upon inspection at the time of delivery and I will be happy to help! I want to make sure your experience is as great as it can be.
International Customers: If your mailing address is not recognized by the courier, resulting in them being unable to deliver your package, it will automatically be returned to Canada and disposed of by the courier. If you want to have it re-shipped, you will be subject to shipping fees as well as a $5 return processing fee and any additional return charges that are incurred; I am personally charged these fees by the courier in order to have your order returned to me.
If you choose to abandon your order, or refuse it upon delivery, you will not receive a refund. If your shipping method included insurance and the courier loses your order, we will put a claim in for the amount covered. I am not personally responsible for any loss or damages.
If you have a discount code it must be entered at checkout and applied successfully prior to payment. From your "Cart" page, proceed to "Checkout" and then enter your code in the box that says "gift card or discount code" underneath your order summary.
Please note: Custom made-to-order products do not qualify for discounts. I cannot apply codes to previous orders if the code was not successfully applied during the checkout process. Use whichever promotion gives you the best savings! You are also welcome to place separate orders to take advantage of various applicable discounts.
"Why can't I apply multiple discounts?"
Multiple promotion codes or automatic discounts cannot be combined at checkout. Why? First: the website itself won't allow it, even if I wanted it to! Second: Every single product is either handmade by or designed solely by myself - I do not re-sell pre-made products! I run this business to help support myself and my husband (outside of my permanent part time job which allows me to volunteer) so I must limit it to 1 discount of each type per order. Unfortunately it is just not sustainable for me to offer stacked discounts since I pay for each discount out of my own pocket.
That being said, I still do make sure to offer a variety of promotions to choose from regardless, because I want to give each one of you friends a thank you for your support, as I greatly appreciate each and every order that comes through!!

What are Compostable Mailers?
Compostable packaging is typically made from a number of renewable plant-based materials and/or bio-polymers. To be certified home compostable, a product must break down in home compost within 180 days and 90 days in commercial composting conditions.
